- Enter your Member Number (e.g., 6255).
- Primary Member: Use your member number with a "0" added to the end, no spaces or dashes needed.
- Spouses: Use your member number with a "1" added to the end, no spaces or dashes needed.
- Enter your temporary password, which is your last name in lowercase.
Example:
- Member Name: John Smith
- Member Number: 6255
- Member Number: 62550
- Password: (last name in lowercase)
- Once logged in, please update your password by following the on-screen instructions.
Forgot Password?
- Have your member number ready.

- You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
